Position Requirements / Attributes: 

  • Outgoing, non-stop sales oriented individual
  • Enthusiastic cold caller
  • A “hunter" mentality to qualify and aggressively generate leads  
  • Resilient with rejection
  • Adept networker – especially with software partner or sales teams
  • Clear communication and strong writing skills
  • Ability to work independently from home with little to no supervision and still drive leads/quota
  • Internet savvy
  • Proficiency with MS Word and Power Point
  • Split of base and commission compensation

Of Additional Benefit:

  • Ideally – already networked at the Minneapolis Microsoft office with SharePoint/Azure/Dynamics contacts or perhaps at Salesforce
  • Utility player with a high-level understanding of Web disciplines (design, development, marketing, project management) and how they work together
  • Understanding of a particular industry vertical – Manufacturing specifically is even more ideal
  • Pitch, presentation or proposal writing experience
  • Experienced in digital client services

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Networking, cold calling and campaigning to generate leads          
  • Create or assist in the production of proposals or statements of work
  • Log activity in CRM

Secondary Responsibilities: 

  • Suggest services that are ought to develop that are attractive to prospects
  • Support account growth / renewal sales activities
